    This is the quintessence of learning!–”practice what you preach” as more often than not we end up just talking a lot but listening little, preaching but hardly ever checking and introspecting if we ourselves are doing what we know or tell others to do! and all the while the solution is right with us–we just have to “listen to the advice” we give others! You put it in such simple yet perfect words Sanjib! :)

    advice given to others is based on their conditions and status and capacities – which can be totally different from yours… which means if your advice is not coming from experience there is something wrong in both giving and taking too…
