With meditation "...we actually enter into a realm of energy which stores every layer of our being ...." that pretty much summed it up for me as perfectly as it could be!! Awesome! The deeper the relaxation of the mind, the greater the energy that the body derives from it ...how ironical and how complimentary!
@Kriti--"meditation is just being n not trying to do or not do anything. d secret of meditation is “no effort’..." Perfecto! :)

Would love to read at length about what you said in the comments "The only confrontation that ever truly arises is the turmoil we have inside." -- a simple truth we do not realize, that the world outside is a projection of our mind...look forward to another discussion on this.

Hey Sanj,

Do agree with you on this.

Personally, for me, meditation is a journey to know the inner self. Energy cannot be created nor it can be destroyed. We have several evidences in Meta Physics (Deepak Chopra and many others). Energy can only change the form. It can only be transferred.

And so as you rightly said, our mind (which is bridge to connect body and soul) is an energy powerhouse. Meditation enhances our mind leading to better body and enlightened soul.

Our actions are results of our choices. What I learnt from Vedas and Puranas that no choice is good or bad. But every choice (resulting into action) have their own consequences. All these consequences and choices are closely knitted as a web in this universe.

I give this simple analogy in my programmes.

e.g. Say you a find a £10 note on the street. One may make a choice of putting it in the pocket and enjoy it. One may just ignore and pass by or one may stand there and try to find the real owner and spend more than £100 in that effort. Or one may just pick it up and donate.

There cannot be any argument that which choice (or action in your words) is good or bad. This is completely debatable and I can promise you to win this debate on either side (including, that there may be some "good"(!) reasons for someone to put the money in pocket).

But the emphasis I wish to lay here is that all these actions / choices have "different" consequences.

And hence, meditation helps us to make "different" choices / actions.

Good article Sanj! Keep it up bro. Proud of you!!!
