KRISHNA swarup is always complete with the presence of RADHA. That's why KRISHNA is in 'LEHANGA' and has two 'MUKUT' and even wear 'NATHU'. so we say 'RADHE-KRISHNA'.
FLUTE is swrup of lord SHIVA who was HANUMAN in RAM avatar and asked NARAYAN to bless him that in KRISHNA avatar, he would not have to be away from his NARAYANA as he has to separate from his NARAYAN lot of times in RAM avatar.
When KRISHNA, "ATTRACTION" Plays FLUTE, the SHIVA "That LOVE all being as a same" result is SURRENDER no other option. Jai Guru Dev

Sujata, great insight.
If Radha is the path, Krishna is the 'attraction'....of the soul to walk towards the path.and on the path. Here the path itself becomes the goal/destination.
Amazingly, the word Krishna which is phonetically so close to the word Christ, means the same in two languages....'attraction' in English and 'akarshan' in Hindi and maybe in more.

A very interesting interpretation of the Radha-krishna relationship is that of the ''self' longing to unite with its source. As long as the being continues to look without, it remains an outward flow or 'dhara'. As soon as the flow is reversed and is inward it becomes 'radha' or that which seeks union with the eternal.

So metaphorically radha exemplifies every individual's desire to be one with the divine (Krishna). The allegory of their love, is for us to experience by means of 'sringar ras' the play of the divine, whence krishna makes music with his ephemeral flute (to call out) to stir the seeker each time she is caught in the world. ... it is in going beyond the obvious that we can truly understand the journey of Radha's inward 'flow'

Very true.
Another perspective on Krishna, He's not only the eighth incarnation of Vishnu, but also the supreme Personality of Godhead, out of which Vishnu emanated, in the begining of creation.
Thus, there are two aspects of Krishna; Krishna, the Source of all existence and the sum totality of all creation and the very supersoul seated in the heart of all created beings, and the Krishna who manifested on earth, in His original form, to vanquish evil and once again establish righteousness on earth.

to add to it, Radha is the embodiment of true devotion and innate with unfathomed emotions of and for the lord..... so you see its not the form or the body thats congregated, but the delta consciousness of the soul with the supreme... Krishna means in spirituality the one who attracts and its none other than the attribution of the supreme........ so its the pure subtle relation of soul with the supreme.....
