Neither preventing anything or causing anything, but by just BEING–being ourselves and being ready..in the moment..totally aware…That is the key! If your mind is clogged up like a choked drain then you can’t be aware can you?! If the mind is just harping on the “me-me-me” song then how can one see anybody else?! Keep the mind clear then you are aware, then you are ready, then you ARE!
